Our Leadership
Marouan Hajji
Founder & Managing Director
With over 20 years in global transportation and logistics, Marouan Hajji has led large-scale operations, overseen multi-million-euro budgets, and delivered measurable growth and efficiency gains for some of the world’s largest supply chain networks.
After holding senior leadership roles across Germany, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Belgium — where he led major facility expansions, pioneered green logistics initiatives, and managed the early COVID-19 vaccine rollout — Marouan transitioned from corporate leadership to entrepreneurship, founding Manametrix at the end of 2023 to bring fresh innovation to the road freight and logistics sector.
The company began as a SaaS startup, creating a marketplace to connect shippers and carriers for spot road freight bookings in Europe’s €400B+ market. Today, Manametrix also operates as a boutique consulting firm, helping logistics companies boost revenue, cut costs, and accelerate sustainability initiatives.
Throughout his career, Marouan has helped organizations grow their revenue, streamline logistics operations, win competitive tenders, and embrace sustainable transport solutions that create new opportunities and long-term value.
He holds an Executive MBA from Vlerick Business School and has further honed his expertise through executive programs at the University of Cambridge, UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and Singapore Management University. Combining entrepreneurial vision with operational discipline, Marouan partners with organizations to navigate disruption, harness innovation, and drive sustainable growth.
